Hilltop students (from toddlers through 8th grade) receive instruction in Spanish, music, and art as part of the regular curriculum. Students at the elementary level also receive regular computer and technology instruction with focus on technology as a tool for research, presentation, and publication.

Hilltop also offers a range of extracurricular activites outside of the regular curriculum, including individual piano or violin lessons, after-school percussion classes, and after-school small group art classes. The school also hosts a non-affiliated chess club, as well as a scout troop.
