Toddler Program Staff

Lead Teacher of Toddler Program: Cindy Richmond, Toddler Program: Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education; Masters in Deaf Education; NCME and AMS Toddler and Preschool Certification, 17 years of teaching experience. (NCME: National Center for Montessori Education; AMS: American Montessori Society)

Assistant in Toddler Program: Richelle "Shelley" Marck- Bachelor of Science in Theater and Mass Communications; 8 years experience teaching in Special Education and Hearing Impaired.

Preschool Program Staff

Lead Teacher in Preschool Classroom: Marcia Fellows, Bachelor of Arts in Music, AMS (American Montessori Society) certification in administration and 3-6 students; 24 years of teaching experience.

Assistant in Preschool Classroom: Susan Desmond

Preschool Coordinator and Preschool Lead Teacher: Cindi Stehr, Bachelor of Arts in Biology, AMS (American Montessori Society) certification for ages 3-6 students, 21 years teaching experience.

Assistant in Preschool Classroom: Mary Jo White, Masters in Education; 10 years teaching experience.

Lead Teacher in Preschool: Shellie Scott, AMS (American Montessori Society) Certification for ages 3-6 students, Bachelor of Science in Psychology, 8 years teaching experience.

Assistant in preschool program: Lorena Roldan, Bachelor of Arts, 7 years teaching experience, native Spanish speaker.

Elementary Program Staff

Lead Co-Teacher in Elementary Classroom (1-3rd grade): Dama Nichols-Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education, AMS (American Montessori Society) certification 6-9 students; 12 years teaching experience.

Lead Co-Teacher in Elementary Classroom (1-3rd grade):
Chelsea Truman- Bachelor of English, AMS (American Montessori Society) certification 6-9 students, 8 years teaching experience.

Lead Teacher in Elementary Classroom (1-3rd grade): Carol Reddington-Bachelor of Science in Math, NCME (National Center for Montessori Education) Montessori certified in 6-9 students; 12 years teaching experience.

Assistant Teacher in Elementary Classroom (1-3rd grade): Vicky Boyd-Licensed nurse; AMS (American Montessori Society) certification in 3-6 students; 9 years teaching experience.

Elementary/Middle School Coordinator and Lead Teacher in Upper Elementary: Lisa Trodd-Masters in Elementary Education; AMS (American Montessori Society) trained for ages 9-12 students; 19 years teaching experience.

Co-Teacher in Upper Elementary: Brent Payne-Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education, AMS (American Montessori Society) certified for ages 6-9 students; 17 years teaching experience.

Art: Ona Gribben-Artist, 6 years experience in private art instruction and art education, including art instruction with special needs students. Montessori alumna. (Art Education)

Elementary Spanish: Amber Ridling-Bachelor's Degree in Education; "highly qualified" certified Spanish instructor in Alabama and Georgia; Experience 5+ years teaching foreign language, K-12.

Preschool Spanish: Ana Diaz- Early Childhood Education and Elementary Education Degree from Peru; Experience 10+ years in teaching, including preschool/toddler Spanish education and ESOL.

Physical Education: Trey Fitzpatrick- Bachelor of Science degree from Samford University; currently working towards Masters in Environmental Management

Music: Derek Kluz-Bachelor in Musical Art, Bachelor in Music Education; Masters in Conducting, 12 years teaching experience.

Administrative Staff

Executive Director: Michele Scott- Masters in Education, Bachelor of Science in Elementary and Early Childhood Education; AMS (American Montessori Society) certification 6-9, 11 years teaching experience, 8 years administration.

Business Manager/Finance: Theresa Fox- Masters in Business Administration; 17 years experience in accounting/business

Receptionist: Shiela Jones- 10 years experience in office management.
