As with other non-profit, private schools, Hilltop Montessori School is run by an administrative structure that includes a Head of School, Assistant Head and a Business Manager, as well as a complete administrative support team. The administration works in conjunction with the Board of Directors to support the mission of the school, “to provide a quality Montessori education in an environment which fosters a child’s love of learning and a respect for self, others, community and the world.”

The Board of Directors comprises community leaders that serve in an advisory role and hire the Head of School who is charged with overseeing the daily operations of the campus.
